Cartwright RollerLift is a mobile dock-lift designed to help you load and unload vehicles such as rigids, trailers, double-decks or containers safely and efficiently, when loading docks or tail-lifts are unavailable. And it can be customized exactly to suit your operation. It can even load and unload itself, for complete inter site operational flexibility.

Rollerlift Safety Features

• Patented stabilising feet provides safe and secure lifting on level ground.
• 4 individually braked swivel castors, with integral foot guards.
• Platform is surrounded on all four sides to prevent operatives from falls.
• Spring loaded anti slip surface ramps with fixed side safety rails to aid lifting and deploying of ramps.
• Key operated isolation switch prevents unauthorised usage and provides an emergency stop facility.
• 24 volt operation for safe use in all weathers.
• Alloy side guards and expanding safety guard to prevent access to no go areas, expanding safety guard to prevent access to no go areas under the platform.
• Emergency cut off pressure strips underneath platform to prevent crushing accidents.
• Pivoting loading spring loaded ramps with anti-slip surface and integral fixed side rails to prevent falls and assist in closure.
• Automatic deployment of ramps into vehicle needing no manual operator intervention.
• Wander lead to allow remote or on platform operation.
• Proven hydraulic self balancing rams with pressure relief valve to prevent overloading and check safety valves to prevent pressure drop if a hydraulic leak occurs.
• Flashing high visibility beacon and audible alarm operates when lift is in use.

The lift is not suitable for the following:

• On particularly uneven ground.
• Rough or broken surfaces.
• Steep inclines.
• For forklift truck loading (Hand pallet trucks or lightweight PPT only)
• For use more than 20 metres away from the transformer power source.

The lift can be designed in various ways to alter the standard dimensions and or capacities as required, if you require a non standard product we will be happy to discuss the application with a view to customising the standard design.
